It has been almost a year since i have posted anything on this blog. I will try to post more this coming year. I'm new at all this blog stuff. I usually post things on my page on Facebook. I just have to figure out how to put pictures and other things on here. So stay tuned to the new and improved Fitness and Foodie blog!!! :)

The New Year is here!
Setting my goals today!
These are the things i need to work on this year. They may seem easy but sometime's you forget or say tomorrow i will do it. What you have to do is get a small notebook or journal to write all your goals in and if you meet one check it off. I wish you all luck on your goals this year!
- Becoming more active
- Eating healthier
- Being more organized
- Stress less
- Spend more time with family
